Return Eligibility

Return Request Time
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Any return request made after the allowed time period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be returned with original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, invoice, and free gifts (if any)
- Not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- Be supported with proper photos or unboxing video in case of damage claims
Non-Returnable Products

- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the allowed return period
- Clearance sale or special offer items (if mentioned)
- Software, downloadable products, or sealed items opened after delivery (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is approved due to seller-side issues such as wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect, return shipping charges may be covered by us.
If the return is requested for personal reasons not covered under our policy, shipping charges may not be refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply instead.
Refund Rejection
